My journey began in the vibrant markets of Lima, where the colors and aromas of Peru first awakened my imagination. It was on Waiheke Island, however, that I found my true voice — blending the ancestral fire of the Andes with the purity and ocean-kissed produce of New Zealand.
For me, cooking is not simply nourishment. It is memory, ritual, and creation. Each dish I serve honors my roots while embracing the land we gather on.

Respect for the ingredients, respect for the tradition, and most importantly, respect for the moment we share around the table. By blending traditional Peruvian techniques with the incredible local produce of Waiheke Island, I aim to create something that feels both exotic and familiar—a bridge between my two homes.
